1.1 Definitions

"Platform" refers to the 355bd website, app, and all related services. "User" or "Member" refers to a registered account holder. "Bonus" refers to additional credits or offers provided by the platform.

1.2 Changes to Terms

1.3 Applicable Law

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

355bd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Suspicion of fraud, bots, or manipulation
• Operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on the 355bd platform can be made via the following methods:

• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)

Payments from third parties outside the above methods are not accepted.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

• The deposit account must be registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500.
• 355bd reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions for investigation.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing a bonus (see Section 4).
• Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawals if verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 hour.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, 355bd offers a 200% welcome bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Conditions

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times) — on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after completing ৳20,000 in bets.

• Bonus balance and real money are tracked separately.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly before the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus contribution may vary for some games — see the details of each offer.
• The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus offer terms.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• If bonus fraud or misuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
• 355bd reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• On matters related to bonuses, the decision of 355bd is final.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

6.2 VIP Benefit Conditions

• VIP cashback applies only to bets placed with real money (not bonus bets).
• Cashback is paid once per week.
